CoachRail helps your drivers seamlessly get from point A to point B, keeping your customers happy.

To log into the CoachRail app you will need to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and have a working email and password (your admin must register you).

If this is your first time logging in to CoachRail, check your email for a link to set your password (check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox).

If you forgot your password, press the Forgot Password button shown in the login screen to the right.

You can also ask your admin to reset your password from their CoachRail account under the Users section.

Once you have your correct email and password, enter them in the login screen to the right (remember – passwords are case sensitive).

How to log into CoachRail:

To create or reset your password, your admin must first create an account for you using your email address in CoachRail.

If this is your first time logging in, or if you forgot your password, please follow these steps.

Step 1Click on 'Forgot Password' on the main login screen

Step 2Enter the 'email address' associated with your CoachRail account

Step 3Click 'Send Email'

Step 4Check your email and click the 'Reset Password' link

Step 5Choose a new password and make sure that you are able to remember it for future logins

Step 6Go back to the CoachRail app, and login using your email address, and your new password

Please note: your admin may choose to set driver passwords for your company. If that is the case, please contact your company’s CoachRail admin in order to get a new password.

How to reset your password:

Step 1

When you log in, you will be shown the trips that are assigned to you. Select the trip you want to start. (The first time you use the app to track a trip, it may prompt you to turn on Auto-complete).

Step 2

Push 'Start Trip' to start the trip. CoachRail will automatically track your progress and validate arrival at each stop if you have enabled Auto-complete.

Step 3

Ending your Trip in CoachRail:

When you arrive back at the garage, or at the location you will be parking your vehicle at the end of the day, push “End Trip” to complete the trip.

Tips to Ensure Accurate Trip Information:

  1. Do not log out of CoachRail or swipe to close the app
  2. Make sure your device is charging while you’re driving to avoid battery drain
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of the CoachRail app. If you are not sure, please visit the app store to see if there is an updated version available – click here for Apple App Store or Google Play Store
