If you have integrated your CoachRail account to one of our payment partners, your customers can convert their quote to a reservation by making a payment directly from an emailed quote or invoice.
Your customer can pay online by doing the following:
If you don’t have an active integration with one of our payment partners, you can check them out manually. Here’s how:
Log into CoachRail and click on Quote on the blue left-hand menu.
Click on the Unconverted button at the top of the page to see quotes that have not been turned into reservations yet.
Click on the credit card icon next to the quote that you need to turn into a reservation.
This will take you to a checkout page. On the checkout page, you will need to:

You can now see the reservation when you click on Reservations on the navigation bar. Your Reservations page not only shows all of your upcoming reservations but also lets you filter by:
If you collect a payment from a customer, you can easily change the reservation to Partially Paid or Fully Paid.

Once you click Collect, CoachRail will automatically update the reservation's ledger for you. You can then see whether the reservation is partially paid or fully paid every time you go to the Reservations page in CoachRail.
CoachRail also contains an alternate way to approve the quote if you’ve collected the payment by check, credit card, or ACH outside of CoachRail and haven’t already changed the quote into a reservation.
Inside CoachRail, click on Quotes on the blue left-hand menu.
Inside CoachRail, click on Quotes on the navigation bar. Once you’ve pulled up the quotes page, click on the three blue dots next to the Reservation. A menu will appear.
Select View Quote.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll see a button in the bottom right labeled Actions.
Click on Approve Quote. A box will pop up. Hit the blue button that says Use new method of payment.
Enter the credit card, ACH, or check/wire information the customer sent you. Then hit the Approve button. This will convert the quote to a reservation and label it as partially or fully paid.
