You can continue to accept all forms of payment you’re used to accepting, including all major credit cards and personal checks.

Customers can input their payment information through CoachRail’s secure portal (through, send a check, or use a credit card over the phone. No matter how they pay, you can mark that they've done so to convert the quote into a reservation. 

Drivers can use the CoachRail app to navigate through their trips. This sends each driver’s location to you and to your customers. You can track the location of your drivers via your CoachRail software, and customers can track their buses via the CoachRail app.

With real-time tracking via the CoachRail app, customers won’t need to call their drivers while they’re on the road, thereby reducing the chance of an accident.

Yes! We can provide a free demonstration of the software upon your request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials at this time. Since our software requires some level of onboarding, we believe it is in the operator's best interest to fully commit to using CoachRail. We do provide unlimited free demos and will work with you for as long as needed to help determine if CoachRail is a good fit for your business. 

Because CoachRail is cloud-based, no installation is necessary. After signing up for a payment plan or initiating a free trial, you’ll be able to access your CoachRail software instantaneously.

Yes! Our support staff will help you seamlessly transition from your old software to CoachRail.

For the time being, no; however, we plan to incorporate this payment feature in the near future due to popular demand.

Assuming you are on a month-to-month plan all we need is 30 days’ written notice before you wish to terminate your subscription.

You’ll pay for your subscription on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what works best for your company.

CoachRail releases new updates free of charge one to two times per month. 

Since our software is cloud-based, all updates are automatically added to your desktop software--so it won't take you any time at all. If you're using the mobile app, check for updates in the app store. It shouldn't take long to download them. 

Your transition time will depend on your current company’s size and workload. Our experienced operations team will help you transfer your operations to CoachRail as quickly and as seamlessly as possible.

Yes. We use a secure portal login, for which you’ll create a unique username and password. We implement SSL technology to safely encrypt all data shared between you and your CoachRail software.

First, you'll need to accept the trip. Once you've accepted it, you have to assign a driver and a vehicle to the reservation. After that, all you have to do is complete the trip and we'll be able to pay you.

The referring company will pay you based on the agreed-upon rate and your payment terms.
