We Are Looking For A Sales Manager to Lead And Grow The Outbound Sales Team In Our Charter Bus Division. As An Employee, You Will Also Receive Full Medical, Dental, And Vision Benefits.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Continue building and managing our outbound sales division
  • Develop pipelines for new outbound business
  • Develop contracts as a sole-source provider for all passenger transportation
  • Work closely with counsel to review and develop contract terms
  • Complete RFPs with client procurement departments
  • Hire, train, and retain the best sales team in the industry
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 size institutions
  • Oversee operations and vendor selection for all contracts with best vendors in the industry
  • Oversee billing and collections issues as they arise
  • Keep C-Level management informed by through performance reports
  • Ensure great customer service and resolve any and all problems in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience managing and scaling a sales team

  • Experience working with legal team and developing contracts

  • Experience with RFPs and working with client procurement departments

  • You are self-motivated and a team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be willing to work long hours and be available 24/7
